摘要
利用固相微萃取(SPME)与便携式气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,建立了地表水中24种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的现场快速测定方法。方法检出限为2.1~6.3μg/L,相对标准偏差7.2%~19.3%,各物质加标回收率在73.3%~127.8%。该方法操作简单,样品用量少,检测结果可靠,适用于突发环境事件应急监测现场快速对水中多种半挥发性有机物进行定性和定量分析。
A rapid method for the determination of 24 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in water was established using solid-phase microextraction(SPME)and gas chromatography-mass(GC-MS).The detection limit of the method is 2.1~6.3μg/L,the relative standard deviation is 7.2%~19.3%,and the recoveries are 73.3%~127.8%.This method is easy to operate,with less sample consumption and reliable detection results.It is suitable for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of a variety of SVOCs in water at the scene of environmental emergency monitoring.
