欠发达地区高校师德建设存在的问题与对策研究

欠发达地区地方高校师德建设是我国高校师德建设中非常重要的一环。从目前来看,欠发达地区高校师德建设存在着师德素质不高、制度不健全等问题。这些问题的产生既有体制、学校的原因,也有教师自身的问题。针对这些问题,提高精神境界、健全评价机制、开展师德竞赛、提高生活待遇和加强自身修养等措施无疑是非常好的解决办法。

The construction of teacher ethics in local universities in underdeveloped areas is a very important part of the construction of teacher ethics in universities in China.From the current point of view,there are some problems in the construction of teacher ethics in underdeveloped regions,such as low teacher ethics and incomplete systems.These problems are caused not only by the system and the school,but also by the teachers themselves.In response to these problems,measures such as improving the spiritual realm,improving the evaluation mechanism,launching a teacher-ethics contest,improving living standards,and strengthening self-cultivation are undoubtedly very good solutions.
