摘要
传统的汽车变速器齿轮故障定位方法很难精准地检测出故障所在位置,且检测时间过长。为了解决这一问题,基于网络拓扑研究了一种新的汽车变速器齿轮故障定位方法,在汽车变速器安装以网络拓扑为基础的故障诊断仪的方法,引用振动监测技术,针对汽车变速器齿轮故障进行检测和分析,将齿轮故障大至分为齿面磨损、齿断裂、齿面剥落三类。在检测出故障后,对故障进行定位,使用振动法监测齿轮振动信号,通过红外热成像诊断故障齿轮红外差,采用网络拓扑进行智能故障定位。为检测定位方法有效性,与传统方法进行实验对比,结果表明,给出的方法准确性更高,检测时间更短。
The traditional fault location method of automobile transmission gears is difficult to accurately detect the fault location,and the detection time is too long.In order to solve this problem,a new method of fault location for automobile transmission gears is studied based on network topology.A fault diagnosis instrument based on network topology is installed in automobile transmission.Vibration monitoring technology is used to detect and analyze the faults of automobile transmission gears,and the faults of gears are divided into two parts.There are three kinds of tooth surface wear,tooth fracture and tooth surface exfoliation.After the fault is detected,the fault is located,the vibration signal of the gear is monitored by vibration method,the infrared difference of the fault gear is diagnosed by infrared thermal imaging,and the intelligent fault location is carried out by network topology.In order to detect the validity of the location method,the experimental results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and shorter detection time.
