摘要
为解决电气工程设备自动化启动调试延时过长、调试效果不佳等问题,提出了基于PLC的电气工程设备自动化启动调试方法。通过设置设备启动调试协议,规范设备启动时期的初始数据,为保障协议的有效运行,进一步对设备自动化启动调试算法进行优化,从而实现对电气工程设备自动化启动的准确调试。最后通过实验证实,基于PLC的电气工程设备自动化启动调试方法相对于传统方法而言,延时数值从100 s降低至60 s,且调试效果从20%~60%提高至60%~90%,充分满足研究要求。
In order to solve the problems such as long delay of automatic starting and debugging of electrical engineering equipment and poor debugging effect,a method of automatic starting and debugging of electrical engineering equipment based on PLC is proposed.In order to ensure the effective operation of the protocol,further optimize the automatic equipment startup and debugging algorithm,so as to realize the accurate debugging of automatic electrical engineering equipment startup.Finally,the experiment proves that compared with the traditional method,the PLC based automatic starting and debugging method for electrical engineering equipment reduces the delay value from 100 s to 60 s,and improves the debugging effect from 20%~60% to 60%~90%,which fully meets the research requirements.
