GC/MS法对圆珠笔墨迹中苯甲醇和苯氧乙醇的定量分析

摘要 目的采用气相色谱质谱法(GC/MS)测定不同品牌不同型号的圆珠笔书写墨迹刚书写时溶剂中苯氧乙醇和苯甲醇的含量。方法采用间甲苯酚作为内标,对147支不同品牌不同颜色的圆珠笔书写墨迹用甲醇提取后进行GC/MS分析。气相色谱条件:HP-INNOWax色谱柱,分流比:3:1,程序升温:80℃保持1 min,15℃/min升温至150℃,保持1 min,6℃/min升温至250℃,保持5 min。质谱条件:全扫描模式,29~350 amu。结果在不同品牌不同型号的147支圆珠笔中共有143支圆珠笔的墨迹溶剂中均含有苯甲醇和苯氧乙醇,占总数的97.2%,仅有4支圆珠笔的墨迹溶剂中不含苯甲醇而只含有苯氧乙醇,占比为2.7%,且在不同圆珠笔墨迹中苯氧乙醇和苯甲醇的含量有明显差异。结论GC/MS法对圆珠笔墨迹中苯甲醇和苯氧乙醇进行定量分析,方法可行,结果可靠,定量结果可用于墨迹的种类鉴别,并为书写时间研究提供参考数据和结果解释。 Objective Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)was used to determine the content of phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol in the solvent when the ink of ballpoint pen of different brands and models was just written.Methods M-cresol was used as the internal standard to analyze the ink stains of 147 ball-point pens of different brands and colors by GC/MS after methanol extraction.The samples was separated on a HP-INNOWax column.The split ratio is 3∶1.The initial temperature was 80℃,kept for 1 min,then ramped up to 150℃at 15℃/min and held for 1min,then ramped up to 250℃at 6℃/min and held for 1min.The Electron ionization was used for mass spectrometer,with a scan range of 29-350 amu.The solvent delayed time was 3 min.Results Among 147 ballpoint pens of different brands and models,there are 143 ballpoint pens inkblot solvents,and most of which contain benzyl alcohol and phenoxyethanol,accounting for 97.3%of the total.Only a few ink stains of 4 ballpoint pens contained phenoxyethanol instead of benzyl alcohol,accounting for 2.7%.The content of phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol in different ink blots of ballpoint pen is obviously different.Conclusion The GC/MS method is feasible and reliable for quantitative analysis of benzyl alcohol and phenoxyethanol in ink blots of ballpoint pen.
