化学强化对浮法超薄碱铝硅酸盐玻璃翘曲影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 将未抛光玻璃原片(A)、抛光气氛面(B)、抛光锡面(C)和两面都抛光(D)4种浮法超薄低铝碱铝硅酸盐玻璃在相同化学强化条件(400℃,3.5h)进行化学强化处理,分析比较化学强化指标(CS、DoL)、翘曲变形量(Wv)、气氛面与锡面的化学组成,发现翘曲变形值较大的样品,“三明治”结构的化学强化玻璃上下两层的CS×DoL之乘积差异越大。化学强化玻璃上下两层CS×DoL之乘积不同,引起上下两层受到的作用力不均衡,导致化学强化玻璃翘曲变形。根据本研究结果,控制浮法超薄低铝碱铝硅酸盐玻璃上下两层CS×DoL之积的差异可以有效降低化学强化翘曲变形值。 Four ultra-thin alkali aluminosilicate float glass samples with original unpolished surface(A),polished air surface(B),polished tin surface(C)and both sides polished(D)were chemically strengthened under the same conditions(420°C/3.5h).The characteristics of chemical strengthened samples,such as,compress stress(CS),depth of compress stress layer(DoL),warpage value(Wv),chemical composition of the air surface and tin surface were measured and compared.The results show that the samples with larger warpage value have greater difference of CS×DoL products between the upper and lower surface layers of the chemically strengthened glass with"sandwich"structure.The unit of the CS×DoL product is N/m,which is the same as the elastic modulus unit and the same physical meaning in Hooke's law.The difference of the CS×DoL products between the upper and lower surface layers of the chemically strengthened glass results in an uneven force acting on the both surfaces,so that warpage of the chemically strengthened glass samples appeared.According to the results of this study,controlling the difference of the CS×DoL products between the upper and lower surface layers of the ultra-thin aluminosilicate float glass can effectively reduce the warpage value of chemically strengthened glass products.
