摘要
重点阐述采用浮法工艺生产超白玻璃中出现气泡缺陷的应对措施和解决方案,主要通过调节熔窑纵向的小炉燃烧热量,改变空间热负荷的方式使气泡缺陷得以改善,对同类生产企业具有一定借鉴意义。
Through the experience from solving the bubble problem during the pilot production of ultraclear float glass,we have a new understanding on glass refining temperature,i.e.it is a parameter in monitoring method only useful for normal production。The refining temperature has no comparative significance with different heat load in the same furnace or with the same heat load in different furnaces.The key to solving the bubble problem in melting process is to increase the heat load of the port behind the bubbling area if bubbling technology is used in the furnace.
