山水林田湖草生态保护修复背景下水土保持作用机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 山水林田湖草生态保护修复工作是一项系统工程,涉及多学科多领域,要求各部门相互沟通与协作,统筹管理各生态要素。水土保持作为山水林田湖草生态保护修复的重要组成部分,如何破除部门分割和区域分割障碍,加快探索生态系统统一管理的体制机制,实现生态系统的有效管理,需要在实践中积极探索。根据江西赣州部分地区山水林田湖草生态保护修复工作实践,从相关理论支撑、技术支持、管理保障机制等方面归纳总结了山水林田湖草生态保护修复背景下的水土保持作用机制,并针对存在的问题提出了解决对策,可为江西省生态保护修复工作提供决策依据。 Ecological protection and restoration of mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake and grass is a systematic engineering,involving multiple disciplines and fields. It requires all departments to communicate and cooperate with each other and comprehensively manages each ecological element. As an important part of ecological protection and restoration of mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake and grass,how to break down the barriers of division of departments and regions,speed up the exploration of the system and mechanism of the unified management of ecosystem and achieve effective management,it needs to explore actively in practice. According to the work experience on ecological protection and restoration of mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake and grass in some parts of Ganzhou,Jiangxi,the paper summarized the soil and water conservation mechanism under the background of ecological protection and restoration of mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake and grass from the aspects of relevant theoretical support,technical support and management guarantee mechanism. It also put forward countermeasures for existing problems and the purpose was to provide decision-making basis for the ecological protection and restoration in Jiangxi Province.
