摘要
黄河流域水土保持动态监测数据管理系统以Oracle为数据库,运用IntelliJ IDEA开发工具,以全国水土流失动态监测项目黄河流域(片)29个水土保持监测站点的气象信息为处理对象,实现监测站点雨量、风速、风向等数据的实时传输及综合展示,通过系统自动完成降雨场次、最大30 min降雨强度、降雨侵蚀力等后台计算,按照水土保持监测规范,实现监测站点逐日降雨量和降雨过程摘录表的自动计算、自动整编和格式/非格式整编管理、下载,系统的开发改变了降雨数据人工计算、摘录、整汇编等烦琐而又重复的工作,为今后小流域监测站点信息化建设提供了重要基础条件。
Taking Oracle as a data base,using the development tools of Intelli J IDEA and taking the meteorological information of 29 monitoring stations/sites of soil and water conservation of National Soil and Water Loss Dynamic Monitoring Project in the Yellow River basin as processing objects,the soil and water conservation dynamic monitoring data management system of the Yellow River basin achieved real-time data transmission and comprehensive display of rainfall,wind speed and wind direction of monitoring stations/sites. Through the background computation of auto-completed rainfall frequency,the maximum rainfall intensity in 30 min and rainfall erosivity and according to soil and water conservation monitoring specification,it achieved automatic computation,automatic compilation and format/non format integration management and download of extract table of daily rainfall and rainfall process of monitoring stations/sites. The development of the system had changed the tedious and repetitive work of manual calculation,excerpt and compilation of rainfall data and provided important basic conditions for informatization building of monitoring sites of small watersheds in the future.
