动静脉内瘘流量及泵控血流速对维持性血液透析患者心脏功能影响的相关研究 被引量:18

摘要 血管通路是维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的生命线,其质量直接影响患者的生存率、预后及生存质量[1~3]。自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)因使用寿命长,不易感染而成为主要的血管通路[4]。随着继发性肾病的增多,内瘘的建立、使用、狭窄等保护越来越受到重视[5],研究重点也将着眼于多学科协同探讨AVF血流动力学数据与血液生化指标的相关性以及长期高血流量对心脑血管的影响[6]。
