如何把握作为通史研究对象的“政治伦理思想”

How to grasp the“political ethical thought”as the research object of general history

中国政治伦理思想通史研究的核心概念是“政治伦理思想”,只有通过对政治、伦理、道德、思想、观念、理念等概念的辨析,才能确定“政治伦理思想”的基本内涵。思想史存在于不同的文献载体中,如思想家的经典著作、政治家们的活动记录、文学作品的思想体现、宗教活动与教义、民间信仰等,因此在中国政治伦理思想通史研究中还有资料如何取舍的问题。在众多的文献中,根据思想史的传统研究方法,采用思想家的经典文本为主的研究方法,虽然不如观念史研究那般自由潇洒,但可以把思想史落在“历史”上,显得比较踏实。

“Political ethical thought”is the core concept of the study of the general history of Chinese political ethical thought.The basic connotation of“political ethical thought”can only be determined by the basic analysis of politics,ethics,morality,thought,concepts and ideas,etc.“Political ethical thought”exists in different literature carriers,such as the classical works of ideologists,records of politicians’activities,ideological expressions of literary works,religious activities and teachings,and folk beliefs,etc.Thus,it remains a question how to select materials in the study of the general history of Chinese political ethical thought.Among diverse literatures,according to the traditional research methods of the history of thought,the classical texts of ideologists should be adopted as the main research method.Though not so free and unrestrained as research on the history of ideas,it can be more reliable if the focus is on“history”.
