高职教育协同中资企业“走出去”对策研究

Researches on Assistance of Higher Vocational Education to China-invested Enterprises in“Going Out”Solution

伴随着“一带一路”共建的实施,中国对外投资辐射力不断扩大、投资区位分布越发广泛、投资主体日趋多元、国际产能合作不断推进,走出国门的多元投资主体对国际标准技术人才的需求不断增加。以驻泰中资企业“走出去”的实际需求为切入点,从高职教育提升国际化水平、提升职业教育集团服务发展方式转变的能力、“鲁班工坊”模式建设等方面提出高职教育协同中资企业“走出去”的对策与途径,为高职教育服务“一带一路”共建提供有益借鉴。

In the implementation of Joint Development ofthe Belt and Road Initiative,the multiple investment entities for going to the world have ever increasing demand for international technical talents as the result of Chinese continuous extending investment abroad,more extensive regions of investment,multiple investment requirement of entities and continuous promotion of international cooperation in the aspect of production capacity.By taking the example of actual demand by China-invested enterprises in Thailand,it proposes the strategies and approacheson assistance of higher vocational education to China-invested enterprises in Going Out to the World with respect of higher vocational education for improving internationalization level,improvement of group services in transformation development mode of higher vocational education and Luban Workshop construction on the purpose of providing a helpful reference to higher vocational education services in joint development of The Belt And Road Initiative.
