公安证据法学课程建设的可行性探讨

Exploration on Science of Evidence Law in Public Security

建立公安证据法学学科是适应“以审判中心主义”的司法改革需要,也是对公安机关实践工作的要求以及公安高教发展的必由之路。文中对公安院校课程设置情况进行深入的剖析,发现目前在教学中由于缺失“公安证据法学”带来一系列教学与实践的弊端,指出证据学存在的必要性,并提出课程建设的初步方向。

To set up the faculty of science of evidence law is necessary for judicial reform adapting to Trial-Centered Principle and is also the only road satisfactory to the requirements of practice by public security institutes and higher education of public security.It reveals,by deep exploration on the setup of curriculum in public security colleges,a series of abuses in teaching and practices due to the absent Science of Evidence Law in Public Security in present teachings.It emphasizedthenecessity of science of evidence law and indicated a preliminary direction for the construction of relevant curriculum.
