天津成人高校“双带头人”培育的问题与对策

Problem and Countermeasure on Cultivation of“Double Leading Person”in Adult Colleges in Tianjin

党的建设是成人高校工作的重中之重,科研工作是成人高校发展的重要驱动力。该文从现状出发,就培育过程中存在的问题进行了分析,从强化政治方向,提高政治站位;明确选配标准,健全遴选机制;精准评价机制,完善考核体系;增加培训体系,完善激励机制等方面对成人高校“双带头人”的培育方法进行了思考。

Party Building is the top priority in priorities in adult colleges and the scientific research is the core drive of adult college development.It analyzed,started with the status quo,the existed problems in the course of cultivation and made consideration of cultivation method of“Double Leading Person”in adult college from the view point of intensifying political direction and raising the political stand position with respect to definite choosing criteria,sound selection mechanism,perfecting examination system,consolidating training system and improving the incentive mechanism.
