Management of Traffic Congestion in the Three Major Business Circles in Chongqing Based on Shared Vehicle Perspective

分析重庆市观音桥、解放碑、沙坪坝三大商圈交通拥堵形成机理,结合“互联网+”思路,提出一种新型交通拥堵治理理念。运用共享汽车治理重庆市三大商圈交通拥堵需“五步走”,只有充分落实每一步,新理论、新方法才能具备现实意义。

Through the analysis of the mechanism of traffic congestions in the business circles of Guanyinqiao,Jiefangbei and Shapingba,with combination of Internet plus ideas,a new concept of traffic congestion management is put forward.The results show that there are five steps to control traffic congestions in Chongqing's three business circles by using shared cars,and only by fully implementing each step can new theories and methods have practical significance.
