艾地苯醌治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of idebenone in the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的观察艾地苯醌治疗卒中后抑郁患者的疗效。方法选择阜新市中心医院2018-01-2019-12收治的卒中后抑郁患者82例,随机分为试验组42例,对照组40例。2组均给予脑卒中常规治疗和心理疏导。试验组给予艾地苯醌口服,治疗4周。2组于治疗前及治疗后第2、4周分别行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果试验组治疗第2、4周后HAMD评分及临床神经功能缺损程度均明显改善,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率明显高于对照组92.9%(39/42)vs 70%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾地苯醌治疗卒中后抑郁疗效肯定、安全,可以显著改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effcacy of idebenone in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods 82 patients with post-stroke depression from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.Both groups were given stroke treatment and psychological counseling.The experimental group was given idebenone for 4 weeks.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)were used in the two groups before and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,HAMD score and clinical neurological deficit in the experimental group were significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.9%),and that of the control group was 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion Idebenone is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression.
