优质护理干预对脑梗死患者神经功能及肢体运动功能的影响

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on nerve function and limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察优质护理干预对脑梗死患者神经功能及肢体运动功能的影响。方法选取2016-01—12在郑州市第九人民医院治疗的脑梗死患者96例为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为观察组(48例)与对照组(48例)。对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组实施优质护理干预。观察2组干预前后神经功能与肢体运动功能恢复情况。结果2组入院时神经功能缺损评分、肢体运动功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时、出院3个月后观察组神经功能缺损评分、肢体运动功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预有助于促进脑梗死患者肢体运动功能以及神经功能的快速恢复,加速患者康复进程,临床普及价值高。

Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on nerve function and limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 96 patients with cerebral infarction treated in the Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Observe the recovery of nerve function and limb motor function before and after intervention in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of neurological impairment and limb motor function at admission between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of neurological impairment and limb motor function were better in the observation group at discharge and at 3 months after discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can help promote the rapid recovery of limb motor function and nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction,accelerate the recovery process of patients,and have high clinical popularization value.
