经远端桡动脉路径行全脑血管造影术临床分析

Analysis of distal transradial cerebral angiography

目的评价经远端桡动脉路径行全脑血管造影术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2019-06—10在河南省省立医院经远端桡动脉路径行选择性全脑血管造影术的32例脑血管疾病患者的治疗、并发症情况。结果32例患者经远端桡动脉路径顺利完成全脑血管造影术29例,成功率90.63%;其中经右侧远端桡动脉入路完成造影术28例,经左侧远端桡动脉入路完成造影术1例;其中1例出现远端桡动脉痉挛,1例导丝未能送入降主动脉,1例出现神经功能障碍。结论经远端桡动脉行全脑血管造影术安全可行,但穿刺难度更大,需要一定的学习曲线。

Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of distal transradial cerebral angiography.Methods Thirty-two patients of cerebrovascular disease underwent transradial cerebral angiography during Jun.2019 to Oct.2019.The efficacy and complication were retrospectively analyzed.Results Cerebral angiography of distal radial artery in 32 cases was performed 29 cases.Twenty-eight cases was performed via distal right radial artery approachin and one case was performed via distal left radial artery approachin.One case of distal radial artery spasm.One case of failure of guide wire to enter the descending aorta.One case of neurologic dysfunction.Conclusion It is safe and feasible to perform whole brain angiography through distal radial artery,but it is more difficult to puncture,which requires a certain learning curve.
