摘要
目的探讨腰椎后路手术患者术后引流量的影响因素及对康复的影响。方法回顾性分析2018-01―2019-11符合研究纳排标准的腰椎后路手术患者303例,分析患者年龄、性别、疾病诊断、手术节段、术后下床时间、引流管留置时间、手术时间、术前与术后第1、3天和出院时的血红蛋白和白蛋白与术后引流量的相关性及其对术后康复的影响。结果回归模型显示,性别、手术时长、手术节段和住院时长对患者的总引流量产生影响。皮尔逊相关系数表明,引流量与患者术后的血红蛋白呈负相关,与白蛋白水平无相关性。结论腰椎后路手术患者术后引流量的影响因素包括性别、手术时长、手术节段和住院时长。引流量的增加会导致血红蛋白数量减少,增加发生贫血的风险,影响患者预后。
Objective To explore the influential factors of postoperative drainage in patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery and the effect on rehabilitation.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 303 patients with posterior lumbar spinal surgery who met the study admission criteria from January 2018 to November 2019.The clinical characteristics were documented,including patient age,gender,disease diagnosis,surgical segment,bedtime after the operation,drainage tube indwelling time,operation time,Hemoglobin and albumin before and after surgery;and the correlation with postoperative drainage was analyzed.Results The regression model showed that the patient's gender,length of operation,length of operation,and length of hospital stay had an impact on the total drainage of the patient.The Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the drainage volume was negatively correlated with the patient's postoperative hemoglobin,and had no correlation with the albumin level.Conclusion Factors influencing postoperative drainage changes in patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery include gender,duration of surgery,length of surgery,and length of hospital stay.An increase in patient drainage will result in a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin,increase the risk of anemia,and affect the prognosis of the patient.
