红外偏振光联合运动想象治疗面神经炎临床观察

Clinical observation of infrared polarized light combined with motor imaging for facial neuritis

目的观察红外偏振光联合运动想象应用于面神经炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规的药物治疗和面部红外偏振光治疗,治疗组加用面部运动想象治疗。在治疗前、治疗2周、4周后分别进行Portmann面瘫简易评分及瞬目反射测定比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组2周后采用Portmann面瘫简易评分评定,其中治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为63.3%和53.3%(P<0.05),治疗4周末治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为83.3%和73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.7%显著高于对照组的93.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组2周后瞬目反射异常者分别为46.7%和50.0%(P<0.05)。4周后观察组和对照组的异常率为10%和16.7%(P<0.05)。结论对急性期面神经炎采用红外偏振光和运动想象的综合治疗相比于传统治疗,临床疗效更安全,有效。

Objective AIMTo observe the curative effect of polarized infrared rays combined motor imagery in the treatment of facial paralysis.Methods 60 cases of patients with clinical diagnosis of facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group with 30 cases was given routine medicine and polarized infrared rays therapy.The other 30 cases in the observation group were given motor imagery treatment which is on the basis of polarized infrared rays and routine medicine.Before treatment,after two weeks'and four weeks'comprehensive treatment,the Portmann simple scoring and blink reflex were executed respectively,and then compare the treatment effect of two groups.Results The improvement after two weeks in Portmann simple scoring of treatment group was significant compare with the control group,in which the observation group and control group cure rates were 63.3%and 53.3%(P<0.05),The observation group and control group cure rates after 4 weeks were 83.3%and 73.3%(P<0.05)with statistical significance.After 2 weeks'treatment,the blink reflex abnormal rate in treatment group and control group were 46.7%and 50.0%(P<0.05).After four weeks'treatment,the blink reflex abnormal rates in treatment group and control group were 10%and 16.7%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine medicine therapy plus polarized infrared rays and motor imagery in the treatment of facial paralysis is more safe and effective than the conventional treatment.
