摘要
随着我国环保力度的不断加大,脱硫效率高与投资成本低的干法、半干法烟气脱硫技术得到迅猛发展,但脱硫粉煤灰的安定性问题限制了其在传统领域的应用,而脱硫粉煤灰的综合利用途径拓展可直接促进干法、半干法烟气脱硫工艺的使用与推广。阐述了脱硫粉煤灰资源化利用的主要研究方向和进展情况,提出较为现实的脱硫粉煤灰资源化综合利用途径,即脱硫粉煤灰较为现实的综合利用途径为低温利用,如制备免烧砖、用作筑路材料、内外墙腻子、土壤改良等;高温利用方面,在不参与氧化脱硝的条件下制备营养陶粒的方法较为可行;制造硫铝酸盐水泥的途径也较为实用。在低温利用与高温利用等领域,脱硫灰脱硫粉煤灰不仅不会受其成分、高温分解等条件的限制,还能使其成分得到充分高效利用,成为品质优良的工业原料。
The dry and semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology with high desulfurization efficiency and low investment cost is developing rapidly with the continuous increase of environmental protection in China,but the application in traditional fields is limited because of the stability of desulfurization ash.The comprehensive resource utilization path expanding of desulfurized fly ash can directly promote the utilization and promotion of dry and semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology.The main research direction and progress of the utilization of desulfurized fly ash as a resource were summarized in this paper,and the realistic resource comprehensive utilization way of desulfurized fly ash was put forward.The practical comprehensive utilization way of FGD fly ash is utilization of low temperature,such as preparing unburned bricks,used as road building materials,putty for internal and external walls,and improvement for soil,etc.In the aspect of high temperature utilization,the method of preparing nutritious ceramsite under the condition of not participating in denitration by oxidation is more feasible;the way of manufacturing sulphoaluminate cement is also more practical.In above fields,FGD fly ash is not only will not be limited by its composition and high temperature decomposition and other conditions,but also the composition will be fully used,which will make it become a high-quality industrial raw material.
