摘要 针对煤泥堆采样的子样布点建模及其应用进行研究,可采集具有代表性的试样以有效避免其采样误差大,有利于煤泥资源的有效综合利用。针对国内煤泥的采样状况,探究当前煤泥采样误差发生的根本原因。在分析煤泥粒度组成及其黏附性的基础上,针对煤泥细、湿黏的特点,采用防黏附的定量采样工具,以数理统计为基础,寻找出满足煤泥采样误差要求的最小子样量。以煤泥的半球堆放建模,进行采样布点和子样量推论,推演出最优的布点规则,结合实际采样案例进行阐释,提出了子样布点方法和定量500g条件下的采样方案,并对照混煤分析了基本采样单元及最小子样量。根据实验结果制定出的煤泥生产及使用单位科学采样方案,对减轻现场操作劳动强度、减少采样误差、采取代表性强的试样操作有积极意义。 Based on the study of modeling and application of sub-sample distribution for coal slime heap sampling,representative samples can be collected to effectively avoid the large sampling error,which is beneficial to the effective comprehensive utilization of coal slime resources.In view of the domestic coal slime sampling situation,this paper probed into the root cause of the current slime sampling error.On the basis of analyzing the composition of coal slime size and its adhesion,according to the characteristics of coal slime such as fine,wet and sticky,using the quantitative anti-adhesion sampling tool,supported by mathematical statistics,the minimum sub-sample weight that meet the sampling error requirements of coal slime was found.Based on the hemisphere stacking model of coal slime,the sampling distribution and sub-sample quantity were derived,the optimal distribution rule was deduced.Combined with the actual sampling cases,the method of sub-sample distribution and the sampling scheme under the condition of quantitative 500g were put forward,and the basic sampling unit and minimum sample quantity were analyzed by comparing with the mixed coal.The scientific sampling scheme developed according to the experimental results is of positive significance to reduce the labor intensity of field operation,reduce the sampling error,and adopt highly representative sample operations.
