田庄选煤厂入选原煤泥化特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 入选原煤泥化对浮选、浮精脱水作业以及重介旋流器分选有重大影响,因而针对选煤厂入选原煤泥化特征的研究对选煤生产具有重要的现场指导意义。按照煤的转筒泥化试验方法对田庄选煤厂入选主要矿别的原煤进行泥化试验,即对平煤股份一矿、二矿、十矿、十一矿、十二矿、十三矿和首山矿该7个高泥化矿别的入选原煤进行不同粒度、不同翻转时间的泥化条件试验,分析泥化特征量化试验数据以判断其泥化程度,从而提出高泥化原煤配比建议与洗选方案。研究表明:田庄选煤厂主要入选的7个矿别原煤泥化比均大于30.0%,泥化实验结果中粒级小于0.045 mm的产品灰分显著高于其他粒级,即其均为高泥化程度煤;田庄选煤厂入选原煤的煤泥化现象较为严重,所产生的高灰细泥量较大,需尽量缩短洗选过程以减轻泥化;分析次生煤泥灰分平均值的变化情况可知,随着翻转时间延长其灰分逐渐增加,说明矸石有泥化现象,但当翻转时间为45 min时的次生煤泥灰分比翻转时间35 min时降低了0.33%,说明翻转时间超过35 min后入选煤的碎化现象加重,次生煤泥的灰分有所降低且含煤量占比提高,由此说明入选的7种煤在水中浸泡时间不宜过长。在组织田庄选煤生产时需降低高泥化煤配比,并尽量缩短高泥化煤洗选过程以加强煤泥水处理及降低循环水浓度。 Sliming of feeding raw coal has a significant impact on coal flotation,float concentrate dehydration operations and separation of heavy medium hydrocyclone,so the research on sliming characteristics of feeding raw coal in coal preparation plant has an important on-site guiding significance for coal preparation production.According to the sliming test method of coal drum,the sliming test was carried out on the raw coal from the main raw coal selected in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,the sliming condition tests of 7 high sliming coal mines from Pingmei company such as No.1 mine,No.2 mine,No.10 mine,No.11 mine,No.12 mine,No.13 mine and Shoushan mine were carried out on different particle size and different turning time,the quantitative test data of sliming characteristics was analyzed to judge the degree of sliming,and the proportioning proposal and washing scheme of raw coal with high sliming were put forward.The results show that the sliming ratios of the raw coal from seven coal mines for Tianzhuang coal preparation plant are all more than 30.0%,and the ash content of the products less than 0.045 mm in the sliming test results is significantly higher than that of other particle grades,that is,all of them are coal with high degree of sliming;the slime phenomenon of the feeding raw coal in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant is serious,the amount of high ash fine slime generated is large,so it is necessary to shorten the washing process as much as possible to reduce the slime;the analysis of the change of the average ash content of the secondary coal slime shows that the ash content gradually increases with the extension of the turning time,which indicates that the gangue has the phenomenon of sliming,but when the turning over duration is 45 min,the ash content of the secondary coal slime is 0.33%lower than that of the turning time 35 min,which indicates that the pulverization phenomenon of the coal is aggravated after the turning time is more than 35 min,the ash content of the secondary coal slime is reduced and the proportion of the coal content is increased,which indicates that the seven selected feeding coals should not be soaked in water for too long time.In order to strengthen the treatment of slime water and reduce the concentration of circulating water,it is necessary to reduce the proportion of high slime coal and shorten the process of high slime coal washing.
