探究细节管理在妇科护理安全隐患防范中的应用效果

Application of Detail Management in the Prevention of Safety Hazards in Gynecologic Nursing

目的妇科护理防范安全隐患中细节管理应用效果。方法取2017年9月至2018年10月我院妇科所收治的50例重症患者作为此次临床观察试验研究的主要对象,以实际就诊的顺序将患者平分两组,各组均25例。研究组采取细节管理路径,常规组则为常规管理路径。分析两组效果。结果与常规组相比,研究组患者,实施护理管理后安全隐患实际发生情况、生活质量及心理状况临床指标、护理服务的满意度及质量,所有评分优势均较为突出,组间比较数据分析差异有着统计学分析基本意义,P<0.05。结论开展妇科护理防范安全隐患工作期间,通过采取细节管理路径,对患者生活质量及心理状况可起到改善作用,能控制安全隐患的发生,有助于提升临床护理服务质量及满意度,对妇科临床护理管理工作顺利开展可起到一定积极作用。

Objective To study the effect of detail management in the prevention of hidden danger in gynecological nursing.Methods From September 2017 to October 2018,50 patients with severe diseases were selected as the main objects of the clinical observation trial.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of actual visits,with 25 patients in each group.The detailed management path was adopted in the study group,while the routine management path was in the general group.The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the routine group,the patients in the study group,the actual occurrence of safety hidden danger after the implementation of nursing management,the clinical indexes of quality of life and psychological condition,the satisfaction and quality of nursing service,and all the scores were excellent.There were significant differences in data analysis between groups(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion We can improve the quality of life and psychological condition of the patients and control the occurrence of the safety hidden danger by taking the detailed management path during the period of carrying out gynecological nursing to prevent the hidden danger of safety,and it can improve the quality of life and psychological condition of the patients.It is helpful to improve the quality and satisfaction of clinical nursing service and play a positive role in the smooth development of gynecological clinical nursing management.
