益气泻肺汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of YiqiXiefei Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察益气泻肺汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法择取2017年11月至2019年4月期间我院收治的72例慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀水停证患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组予常规西药治疗及中药益气泻肺汤治疗,对照组仅予常规西药治疗,两组均接受2周治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、中医症状积分、NT-Pro BNP评分、6 min步行试验及生活质量评分分别为(53.5±9.4)%、(5.1±1.3)分、(1127.6±688.2)pg/mL、(316.06±53.25)m、(53.56±6.56),明显优于对照组的(47.2±7.5)%、(8.9±1.7)分、(1981.3±1421.5)pg/mL、(286.64±36.20)m、(60.72±5.61),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论益气泻肺汤联合西医疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,可有效改善患者心功能,提高其运动耐量及生活质量,疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of YiqiXiefei decoction in the treatment of CHF.Methods 72 patients with CHF were selected between November,2017 to April,2019 in our hospital andrandomly divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=36).The observation group were treated with routine western medicine combined with YiqiXiefei decoction and the control group were treated with routine western medicine only.Both groups received two weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 91.67%in the observation group and the 75.00%in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2 weeks’treatment later,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the TCM syndrome score,the level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),the 6-minute walking test and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHF-Q)of the observation group were(53.5±9.4)%,(5.1±1.3)scores,(1127.6±688.2)pg/mL,(316.06±53.25)m and(53.56±6.56),when which of the control group were(47.2±7.5)%,(5.1±1.3)scores,(1981.3±1421.5)pg/m L,(286.64±36.20)m and(60.72±5.61),with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion YiqiXiefei decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the cardiac function,exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure,better than the pure western medicine treatment.
