小儿阑尾炎是儿外科常见急腹症,6~10岁儿童是主要高发人群,通过临床数据也可证实:年龄越小,发生小儿阑尾炎概率越高。诱发阑尾炎疾病的主要诱因为病原菌感染与阑尾腔梗阻,而且具有病情发展快速,穿孔率高的特点。临床对小儿阑尾炎治疗方案多选择手术。但患儿天性活泼好动,机体抵抗力差,若术后未及时开展护理干预,会影响手术切口的愈合。
