合理孕期营养状况对降低高危妊娠结局的效果观察

目的深入探究合理孕期营养状况对降低高危妊娠结局的临床效果。方法从我院收治的孕妇中随机挑选140例孕妇作为本次的临床效果的研究对象,按照随机分配的方式将她们分为两个小组,每个小组70例孕妇,在其他基础条件相同的情况下,给予对照组孕妇实施普通的护理方式,不进行孕期的营养状况监测,给予观察组孕妇实施普通的护理方式加上孕期营养状况的监测,比较两组孕妇经过孕期营养状况监测后的高危妊娠结局情况。结果观察组孕妇自然分娩率高于对照组,妊娠期并发症低于对照组,两组孕妇孕期营养监测效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇进行合理的孕期营养监测工作能够在很大程度上降低孕妇高危妊娠结局,减少妊娠期并发症,促进新生儿体质的上升,是一项值得推广的应用。
