摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清脂质指标检测对诊断与预后的价值。方法收集本院2018年1月至2018年12月收治80例2型糖尿病患者建立观察组,同期纳入本院进行健康体检受检者80例建立对照组。循环酶法检测两组患者血浆Hcy水平,酶法检测血清三酰甘油水平(TG),免疫透射比浊法检测血清CRP、载脂蛋白-A(APO-A)与载脂蛋白-B(APO-B),分别对比两组受检者各指标检测情况。结果观察组患者血浆Hcy、CRP水平相比对照组受检者明显更高,差异存在统计意义(P<0.05);观察组血清APO-A水平相比对照组明显更低,观察组血清APO-B与TG水平相比对照组明显升高,组间对比差异存在统计意义(P<0.05);血浆Hcy、CRP、血清APO-B、TG均与糖尿病存在正相关,差异具统计意义(P<0.05);血清APO-A与糖尿病存在负相关,差异具统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上可通过监测血浆Hcy、CRP、血清APO-A、血清APO-B、TG等指标变化对2型糖尿病患者进行诊断与预后评估,并预测患者糖尿病并发症的发生,便于及时进行干预,以改善糖尿病患者预后。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic and prognostic value of serum homocysteine(Hcy),C-reactive protein(CRP),in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,80 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital to establish observation group,and 80 cases of health check-up in our hospital were set up as control group at the same time.Plasma Hcy levels were measured by circulating enzyme method and serum CRP,apolipoprotein-A(APO-A)and apolipoprotein-B APO apolipoprotein-B(APO)levels were measured by enzyme assay.Serum triacylglycerol levels were measured by(TG),immunoturbidimetric assay CRP,APO-A,APO-B,was used to compare the detection of each index between the two groups.Results The plasma Hcy,CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum APO-A level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the serum APO-B level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between plasma Hcy,CRP,serum APO-B,TG and diabetes mellitus(P<0.05),and there was a negative phase between serum APO-A and diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion We can diagnose and evaluate the prognosis of type 2 diabetic patients by monitoring the changes of plasma Hcy,CRP,serum APO-A,serum APO-B,TG and so on,and predict the occurrence of diabetic complications in order to intervene in time.In order to improve the prognosis of diabetic patients.
