Intervertebral Foramen Microscopy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年4月期间内接收的106例腰椎间盘突出患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。分别接受椎间孔镜技术治疗、椎板间开窗术治疗。对比治疗效果,并观察手术基本情况以及患者预后情况。结果①观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高;②观察组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、卧床时间与对照组相比均更低;③观察组治疗后VAS评分以及ODI评分与对照组相比均更低;P<0.05,比较均有统计学意义。结论腰椎间盘突出患者接受椎间孔镜治疗效果更为理想,能够有效缩短患者手术时间,降低患者疼痛感,促进功能快速康复,临床实用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intervertebral foraminoscope in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 106 cases of lumbar disc herniation received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.We received intervertebral foramen and interlaminar fenestration respectively.The treatment effect was compared and the basic operation condition and the prognosis of the patients were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group.Compared with the control group,the operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,and bed time of the treatment group in the case of intervention were all lower.VAS and ODI scores were lower in the observation group after treatment than in the control group.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with intervertebral foramen microscopy is more ideal,which can effectively shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the sense of pain in patients,and promote the rapid recovery of functions.Therefore,it is of high clinical value and worthy of promotion.
