急诊科危重患者院内安全转运的护理措施分析

Analysis of Nursing Measures for Safe Transportation of Critical Patients in Emergency Department

目的探究急诊科危重患者院内安全转运的相关护理措施和价值。方法以急诊科危重患者100例(所选时间为2017年1月至2018年12月),作为此次研究对象,将其简单化分组,对照组在院内安全转运中行常规护理干预,实验组行针对性护理干预,分析2组急诊科危重患者护理的结果。结果实验组急诊科危重患者的成功转运率明显高于对照组,其护理纠纷、意外事件以及病死率发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理总满意率(96.00%)明显较对照组护理总满意率(78.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科危重患者在院内安全转运中实施有效的护理干预,可更好对其院内安全转运的成功率保证,对医疗纠纷的发生进行控制,促进患者和患者家属满意度的提高。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and value of hospital safe transport of critical patients in the emergency department.Methods A total of 100 patients with critical illness in the emergency department(from January 2017 to December 2018)were selected as the objects of this study.The patients were divided into simple groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention during the safe transport in the hospital,and the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention.Results The successful transport rate of critical patients in the emergency department of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nursing disputes,accidents and mortality was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate(96.00%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention in hospital safe transport of critical patients in the emergency department can better guarantee the success rate of hospital safe transport,control the occurrence of medical disputes,and promote the satisfaction of patients and their families.
