手术室护理标识在手术时风险管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Operating Room Nursing Label in Risk Management during Operation

目的探讨手术室护理标识在手术时风险管理中的应用研究。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月在我院手术室治疗的200例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用手术室护理标识护理管理,比较两组患者的手术室风险事件发生率、风险管理效果、护理人员压力源。结果观察组导管受压、导管移位、二次穿刺、器械故障、插管失败、器械操作时间提醒不及时、物品跌落、物品丢失、取药失误、污染区操作等风险事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理投诉率明显低于对照组,医师满意率、患者满意率、服务态度满意率、专业技术满意率、医疗环境满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理工作问题、患者护理问题、工作量与时间分配问题、管理及人际关系问题、工作环境与资源分配问题等护理人员压力源评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理标识在手术时风险管理中的应用效果显著,能有效提升护理管理质量,降低护理人员压力源,减少手术室风险事件发生率和投诉率,提高医师和患者对护理的满意率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application of operating room nursing labels in risk management during surgery.Methods 200 patients treated in the operating room of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional nursing management,and the observation group was treated with the operating room nursing label nursing management.The incidence of risk events in the operating room,the effect of risk management,and the stressors of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of risk events including catheter compression,catheter displacement,secondary puncture,instrument failure,intubation failure,delayed reminder of instrument operation time,article drop,article loss,drug withdrawal error and contaminated area operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of doctors,patients,service attitude,professional technology and medical environment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The stressors of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing label has a significant effect in the application of risk management during surgery.It can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the pressure source of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of risk events and complaint rate in the operating room,and improve the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients with nursing,which has positive clinical significance.
