摘要
目的探讨个体化护理对老年哮喘患者的影响。方法将我院呼吸内科接诊的110例老年哮喘患者为研究对象,分为观察组(个体化护理组,52例)及对照组(常规护理组,58例),对比护理效果、复发率及AQLQ评分。结果观察组疾病控制率及AQLQ评分中各项均高于对照组;复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年哮喘患者应用个体化护理效果明显,能控制复发概率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on elderly patients with asthma.Methods 110 cases of elderly patients with asthma admitted to the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital were divided into the observation group(individual nursing group,52 cases)and the control group(routine nursing group,58 cases),and the nursing effect,recurrence rate and AQLQ score were compared.Results The disease control rate and AQLQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The recurrence rate was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of individualized nursing in elderly patients with asthma has obvious effect,which can control the probability of recurrence and improve the quality of life of the patients.
