摘要
目的探究技能训练在社区老年性耳聋患者护理中的开展价值。方法选取本院2018年4月至2018年10月在广州市白云区社区走访调研中筛选的老年性耳聋患者100例,采用摸球法分为A组和B组,各50例。A组护理中采用技能训练干预,B组仅采用常规护理,护理2个月后开展随访工作,对护理效果进行观察。结果A组不良行为发生率0.00%,低于B组的18.00%,A组精神健康评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于B组,生活质量评分高于B组,护理后,A组自我管理能力评分、自我护理能力评分、自我效能感评分高于B组和同组护理前,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论技能训练在社区老年性耳聋患者护理中具有显著效果,值得应用于临床推广。
Objective To explore the value of skills training in the care of elderly patients with deafness in the community.Methods One hundred and eight patients with senile deafness who were screened in the community of Baiyun District,Guangzhou from April 20 to October 1818 were selected.They were divided into a group and a group b,50 cases each.Skill training intervention was used in group a,and group b only used routine nursing.After 2 months of nursing,follow-up work was carried out to observe the effect of nursing.Results The incidence of bad behavior in group a was 0.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in group b.The mental health score,anxiety score and depression score of group a were lower than group b,and the quality of life score was higher than group b.After nursing,group a self-management The ability score,self-care ability score,and self-efficacy score were higher than those in group b and before treatment,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Skill training has a significant effect in the care of elderly patients with deafness in the community,and it is worthy of application in clinical promotion.
