以问题为导向的三级护理查房对提高护理质量和患者满意度的效果研究

Effection of Tertiary Nursing Rounds Model in Improving the Quality of Geriatric Nursing

目的探讨三级护理查房模式在提高老年科护理质量过程中的效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年10月参与查房老年科的护士60例,随机表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组护理人员按照常规护理查房模式护理患者,研究组护理人员按照三级护理查房模式护理患者。分析并比较两种护理模式下的护理质量(护理记录、护理技能、专业知识、服务态度)以及患者对护理的满意度情况。结果研究结果显示,研究组护理人员的各项护理质量相关数据均明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。研究组护理人员所护理的患者总体满意度达100%,明显高于对照组护理人员所护理的患者总体满意度(83.34%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论三级护理查房模式能够提高护理人员的护理质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of tertiary nursing rounds mode in improving the quality of geriatric nursing.Methods Sixty nurses who participated in geriatric ward rounds during October 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients nursed by the control group received routine nursing rounds mode,and patients nursed by the research group received the tertiary nursing rounds mode.Analyze and compare the quality of care(nursing records,nursing skills,professional knowledge,service attitude)and patient satisfaction with care in the two care modes.Results The results showed that all data related to the quality of care of the nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher then those of control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The overall satisfaction of the patients nursed by the study group reached 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.34%),P<0.05.Conclusion The tertiary nursing rounds model can improve the nursing quality and the patient’s satisfaction of nursing work.
