急性有机磷农药中毒患者的急救护理效果探讨

Effect of Emergency Care for Patients with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者的急救护理效果。方法在医院2017年5月至2018年5月期间诊治的急性有机磷农药中毒患者中选取108例作研究对象,在急救期间均实行护理干预:将按护理常规配合急救者设为对照组(n=54),将采取急救护理干预者设为研究组(n=54),就2组患者急救效果、并发症发生率以及清醒后配合度进行统计学分析。结果①研究组救治有效率是83.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(χ2=4.000,P=0.046);②研究组患者并发症发生率是9.26%,低于对照组的27.78%(χ2=6.136,P=0.013);研究组患者清醒后的配合度是87.04%,高于对照组的70.37%(χ2=4.475,P=0.034)。结论急性有机磷农药中毒患者的急救护理效果突出,可有效改善患者预后、预防并发症,并保证患者清醒后积极配合医疗护理工作,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 108 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected from May 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital.Nursing intervention was carried out during the first aid period.The first aid patients were assigned to the control group(n=54)and the first aid nurses were assigned to the study group(n=54).The first aid effect,complication rate and cooperation after awakening were evaluated in two groups.Statistical analysis was performed.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 83.33%,higher than 66.67%in the control group(χ2=4.000,P=0.046);(2)The incidence of complications in the study group was 9.26%,lower than 27.78%in the control group.(χ2=6.136,P=0.013);(3)The cooperation degree of the study group after awakening was 87.04%,which was higher than that of the control group’70.37%(χ2=4.475,P=0.034).Conclusion Emergency care for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is effective,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,prevent complications,and ensure that patients actively cooperate with medical care after awakening.
