基于微信平台延伸护理服务对类风湿关节炎患者的作用探讨

The Role of Extended Care Based on Wechat Platform for Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨基于微信平台的延伸护理服务用于类风湿关节炎患者的效果。方法对本医院收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者开展试验资料,2016年3月至2018年7月为抽取时间,分组方法为抽签法,试验组(n=40)开展延伸护理服务,对照组(n=40)开展常规护理服务,评定两组护理干预之前、护理干预3个月之后生活质量评分值、功能训练依从度评分值、晨僵时间、疼痛程度评分值,分析两组护理服务满意总计率。结果试验组护理干预3个月之后功能训练依从度评分值高于护理干预之前和对照组,表明计算数据值统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理干预3个月之后晨僵时间低于护理干预之前和对照组,表明计算数据值统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理干预3个月之后疼痛程度评分值低于护理干预之前和对照组,表明计算数据值统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对类风湿关节炎患者实行基于微信平台的延伸护理服务的效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing service based on Wechat platform for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in this hospital.The time of drawing was from March 2016 to July 2018.The grouping method was drawing lots.The experimental group(n=40)carried out extended nursing service.The control group(n=40)carried out routine nursing service.The scores of quality of life and compliance of functional training before and after nursing intervention were evaluated.The score value,morning stiffness time and pain degree were evaluated,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the two groups was analyzed.Results The scores of functional training compliance in the experimental group after 3 months of nursing intervention were higher than those before nursing intervention and control group,indicating that the calculated data had statistical significance(P<0.05);the time of morning stiffness in the experimental group after 3 months of nursing intervention was lower than that before nursing intervention and control group,indicating that the calculated data had statistical significance(P<0.05);and the pain evaluation in the experimental group after 3 months of nursing intervention.The scores were lower than those before nursing intervention and control group,indicating that the calculated data had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing service based on Wechat platform for rheumatoid arthritis patients is effective.
