长期住院精神病患者伴发无症状脑梗死的原因及护理干预分析

Analysis of Causes and Nursing Interventions of Asymptomatic Cerebral Infarction in Long-term Hospitalized Psychiatric Patients

目的了解长期住院精神病患者伴发无症状脑梗死的原因及护理干预。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年6月的70例长期住院精神病伴发无症状脑梗死患者,随机分组,对照组给予常规护理干预,全面护理干预组开展临床全面护理干预。比较两组满意度;自身疾病的认知水平、住院期间治疗的依从性评分、康复治疗依从性;护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分、神经功能评分、生存质量评分;并发症的发生率。结果全面护理干预组满意度、汉密尔顿抑郁评分、神经功能评分、生存质量评分、自身疾病的认知水平、住院期间治疗的依从性评分、康复治疗依从性、并发症的发生率对比对照组有优势,P<0.05。结论长期住院精神病伴发无症状脑梗死患者实施临床全面护理干预效果确切。

Objective To understand the causes of asymptomatic cerebral infarction in long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients and nursing intervention.Methods 70 patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2016.1 to 2018.6 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the comprehensive nursing intervention group was given clinical comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the cognitive level of the disease,the compliance score of treatment during hospitalization,the compliance of rehabilitation treatment;Hamilton depression score,neurological function score,quality of life score before and after nursing;and the incidence of complications.Results Comparing with the control group,the comprehensive nursing intervention group had advantages in satisfaction,Hamilton depression score,neurological function score,quality of life score,cognitive level of its own disease,treatment compliance score during hospitalization,rehabilitation treatment compliance and incidence of complications,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention for long-term inpatients with psychosis accompanied by asymptomatic cerebral infarction is definite.
