子宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果及临床护理

Application Effect and Clinical Nursing of Cervical Dilatation Balloon in Induced Labor of Full-term Pregnancy

目的探讨子宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果与护理对策。方法选定2018年7月至2019年3月到本院接受治疗的98例足月妊娠引产患者,随机分为对照组49例(小剂量缩宫素)与观察组49例(小剂量缩宫素+子宫颈扩张球囊+临床护理),比较两组产后2 h出血量、第一产程时间、总产程、新生儿Apgar评分、阴道分娩率与宫颈成熟率指标。结果观察组产妇产后2 h出血量、第一产程时间、总产程时间指标均低于对照组且差异有显著意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿Apgar评分、阴道分娩率与宫颈成熟率指标高于对照组且差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫颈扩张球囊可有效改善足月妊娠引产产妇预后,提高其引产安全性,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cervical dilatation balloon in induced labor of full-term pregnancy and nursing countermeasures.Methods 98 cases with induced labor of full-term pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(49 cases,low-dose oxytocin)and observation group(49 cases,low-dose oxytocin+cervical dilatation balloon+clinical nursing).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the first stage of labor,total stage of labor,Apgar score of newborn,vaginal delivery rate and cervical formation maturity index were compared between the two groups.Results The two-hour postpartum hemorrhage volume,the first stage of labor time and the total stage of labor time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Apgar score,vaginal delivery rate and cervical maturity rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilatation balloon can effectively improve the prognosis and safety of induced labor in full-term pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical application.
