品管圈活动对提高普外科护理教学质量的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Quality Control Circle Activities on Improving the Quality of Nursing Teaching in General Surgery

目的观察品管圈活动对提高普外科护理教学质量的效果。方法选取2018级4个班224名护理专业医学生为研究对象,按照普外科护理教学中是否开展品管圈活动分为对照组(112名:未行品管圈活动)与实验组(112名:行品管圈活动),比较两组护理专业医学生普外科学习结果。结果实验组护理专业医学生期中与期末理论成绩、技能操作成绩均高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组护理专业医学生教学反馈优良率(98.21%)高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论普外科护理教学中品管圈活动的开展可有效提升教学质量。

Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the quality of nursing teaching in general surgery.Methods 224 nursing medical students in 4 classes of class 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to whether quality control circle activities were carried out in the nursing teaching of general surgery,they were divided into the control group(112:no quality control circle activities)and the experimental group(112:quality control circle activities),and the learning results of general surgery were compared between the two groups of nursing medical students.Results The experimental group of nursing medical students in the mid-term and the end of the theoretical scores,skills and operation scores are better than the control group corresponding flow scale score(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of teaching feedback of nursing medical students in the experimental group(98.21%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of quality control circle in general surgery nursing teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality.
