摘要
针对油气集输管道中易发生水合物堵塞问题,需探索新的高效防聚防堵方法以改善水合物浆液流动性。为此,采用超声波处理后的凹凸棒石(ATP)作为防聚剂,利用旋转黏度计研究了质量浓度为0~1.50 mg/mL的ATP对体积分数为0~13.3%的四氢呋喃(THF)浆液在温度为1℃条件下的流变特性。研究表明:含ATP的四氢呋喃水合物呈现出剪切稀释性,属于假塑性流体;随着水合物体积分数的增加,其非牛顿浆液行为表现得更加明显;在相同的体积分数条件下,四氢呋喃水合物浆液黏度随着ATP含量的增加而下降,AIP最佳浓度为0.75 mg/mL,说明ATP可明显分散水合物颗粒,阻止颗粒聚集,形成流动性良好的水合物浆液形态。
Hydrate plugging is easy to occur in oil-gas gathering and transferring pipelines, so it is necessary to explore a new effective anti-aggregation and anti-blocking method to improve the fluidity of hydrate slurry. For this reason,using attapulgite(ATP) treated with ultrasonic wave as anti-polymerization agent,the rheological properties of tetrahydrofuran(THF) slurry(volume fraction is 0 to 13.3%)containing ATP with a mass concentration of 0~1.50 mg/mL at a temperature of 1 ℃ are studied by a rotating viscometer. The results indicate that the THF hydrate containing ATP presents shear dilution and is a pseudoplastic fluid. With the increase of hydrate volume fraction, the non-Newtonian slurry behavior becomes more obvious. With the same volume fraction, the viscosity of hydrate slurry decreases with the increase of ATP concentration. The optimum concentration of ATP is 0.75 mg/ml.The study shows that ATP can disperse hydrate particles obviously, prevent particle aggregation, and shape the form of hydrate slurry with good fluidity.
