摘要 某油田区块埋地管道约8000 km,近年管道穿孔率居高不下,不仅增加了维护成本,还增加了环保压力,控制管道腐蚀已刻不容缓。以该区块为试验区,开展管道腐蚀失效可视化管理试验。通过采集土壤电阻率数据与管道穿孔点位置坐标,以Arc GIS软件为工具,形成土壤腐蚀分布图及穿孔密度图,对穿孔大数据进行分析,并进行穿孔密度分析与趋势预测。根据分析结果,采取相应措施对管道穿孔情况进行治理,取得了三年内管道穿孔率下降0.42 km-1a-1的良好效果,为管道完整性管理工作的开展提供了依据。 The buried pipeline in an oilfield block is about 8000 km.In recent years,the high rate of pipeline perforation not only increases the maintenance cost,but also increases the pressure of environmental protection,so it is urgent to control pipeline corrosion.Taking this block as the test area,the visual management test of pipeline corrosion failure is carried out.By collecting soil resistivity data and location coordinates of pipeline perforation points,Arc GIS software is used as a tool to form soil erosion distribution diagram and perforation density map,the big data of perforation is analyzed,and the perforation density analysis and trend prediction are carried out.According to the analysis results,the corresponding measures are taken to control the pipeline perforation,and the pipeline perforation rate is reduced by 0.42 km-1 a-1 within three years,which provides a basis for the development of pipeline integrity management.
