足三里穴位注射在肿瘤治疗相关毒副反应中的应用

Application of Zusanli Acupoint Injection in Cancer Treatment

中医药在防治肿瘤治疗相关毒副反应方面积累了丰富的经验,穴位注射作为中医药治疗手段的重要组成部分,被逐渐应用于肿瘤治疗相关毒副反应的预防与治疗中,疗效显著。本文检索了近年来相关文献研究,从足三里穴位注射防治肿瘤治疗相关毒副反应的中西医理论依据、临床应用优势、临床应用现状及疗效评价4个方面展开综述,并分析目前足三里穴位注射临床应用及研究中存在的一些不足,旨在尽可能规范操作,提高疗效,为临床推广应用提供依据。

Rich experience in the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects related to cancer treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been accumulated in recent years.As an important method for TCM therapy,acupoint injection has been gradually and widely used for the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects related to cancer treatment,and significant curative effect has been achieved.In this paper,we retrieved the relevant research literatures in recent years,reviewed the theoretical basis,clinical application advantages,clinical application status and efficacy evaluation of Zusanli acupoint injection in preventing and treating cancerrelated toxic and side effects,and analyzed the shortcomings of the current clinical application and research for Zusanli acupoint injection,so as to standardize the operation as much as possible,enhance the curative effect,and provide a powerful basis for its clinical application.
