从《血证论》之消瘀法探析癌性腹水的治疗

Treatment of Cancerous Ascites Based on Theory of Eliminating Blood Stasis in Xue Zheng Lun

本文运用唐容川《血证论》中的"血瘀"理论,阐述血瘀的理论释义及癌性腹水的形成机制,探讨消瘀法在治疗癌性腹水中的实际运用。在癌性腹水的治疗中,需遵循以下三点原则,一是利水需同时逐瘀,可用大黄与花蕊石;二是利水需气血并重,调气与治瘀相结合;三是瘀血未去之时慎用补法,以防闭门留寇。本文试从《血证论》之消瘀法探讨癌性腹水的治疗,以期能为癌性腹水的中医治疗提供更多的思路。

With the theory of blood stasis established by the practitioner TANG Rong-chuan in his book of Xue Zheng Lun(Treatise on Blood Syndromes),the formation mechanism of cancerous ascites was expounded,and the theory of eliminating blood stasis for the treatment of cancerous ascites was discussed.It is suggested that the treatment for cancerous ascites should follow principles of dispelling the blood stasis with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Ophicalcitum,regulating qi to remove blood stasis and removing blood stasis to regulate qi,and avoiding the usage of tonifying therapy in case of blood stasis.The exploration of the theory of eliminating blood stasis in the book of Xue Zheng Lun will provide more in spiration for the treatment of cancerous ascites with Chinese medicine.
