国医大师周岱翰拓展岭南中医肿瘤学术流派内涵

Development of Academic Connotation of Lingnan School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology by Chinese Medical Master ZHOU Dai-han

岭南中医肿瘤学术流派是岭南医学流派的重要分支,流派学术体系由国医大师周岱翰教授于上世纪60年代整理传承、创新发展而成。其学术内涵主要包括:一、吸收发扬黄河和长江流域优秀学术流派的学术成果;二、完善中医肿瘤学的辨证论治规范;三、在肿瘤领域发扬温病学说;四、倡导"带瘤生存",更新治癌观念;五、善用南药论治岭南常见肿瘤;六、开创中医肿瘤食疗学;七、构建和充实中医肿瘤学术体系;八、推动"中西汇通",拓展岭南中医肿瘤学术流派内涵。

As an important branch of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Lingnan school of TCM oncology has been inherited and mainly developed by ZHOU Dai-han,a master of Chinese medicine,in the 1960s.The academic connotation of Lingnan school of TCM oncology has been developed through absorbing the outstanding achievements in the academic schools of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River,improving the standardization of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM oncology,and developing the theory of epidemic febrile disease in the field of tumor.In terms of cancer treatment,the concept of“survival with tumor”is advocated and the genuine Lingnan regional herbs are applied to treat the commonly-seen tumors in Lingnan.Meanwhile,the Dietary Therapy for TCM oncology was established,TCM Oncology was firstly incorporated into the TCM higher education system,the academic system of TCM oncology was constructed and enriched,the development of the academic integration of Chinese and western medicine was promoted.By the above methods,the academic connotation of Lingnan school of TCM oncology has been advanced mainly by Chinese medical master ZHOU Dai-han.
