摘要
为了在平顺性研究中应用路面激励,基于滤波白噪声方法建立了四轮路面激励模型。采用Matlab开发了四轮路面激励生成工具,可以通过图形用户界面自动生成不同路面类型和车速组合下的四轮路面激励数据。将生成的路面激励数据输入到四轮汽车11自由度系统振动模型中,获得了B级路面上不同座椅位置人体质心加速度与车速的关系。研究结果表明,基于滤波白噪声方法建立的四轮路面激励模型和开发的四轮路面激励生成工具,既可以自动生成四轮路面激励数据,也可以有效用于汽车平顺性仿真。
To produce road excitation for the ride comfort research,a four-wheel road excitation model is established based on white noise filtering methods.A generation tool is developed by using Matlab to automatically generate the four-wheel road excitation data for different road types and speed combinations via a graphical user interface.The road excitation data are input into a vehicle vibration model with 11-DOF,and the relationship between the acceleration of human body at different seating positions and vehicle speed on the B-grade road is obtained.The results show that the four-wheel road excitation model based on white noise filtering methods and the developed generation tool can not only automatically generate the four-wheel road excitation data,but also can be successfully used in the vehicle ride comfort simulation.
