论民俗文化的规训性

Discussion on the Discipline of Folklore

民俗是集体意识、模式行为和社会结构的表征与展演。从社会控制的角度来看,“规训性”能够表达诸多民俗的内在性质。本文立足于“规训”的中性本义,认为民俗规训有其权力内核,在结构形式、功能发挥、实践过程等方面表现出弥散性、双重性以及能动性等特征,俗民的“社会化”和社会的“秩序化”是其实践效果,而民俗的社会性和实践中的分类学则是其运作机制的内在基础与依托。分析社会生活中的规训性民俗,探讨民俗介入腐败控制的可行性,有利于拓宽社会控制研究的领域和廉政文化建设的视角。

Folklore is the characterization and evolution of collective consciousness,pattern behavior and social structure.From the view of social control,“discipline”can express many folkways of their inherent nature and the role of force.Based on the neutral meaning of“discipline”,this paper believes that folk discipline has its own characteristics such as attributes of power,diffusivity of structure,duality of function and initiative while the practical effect of folk discipline can be embodied by the“socialization”of civilians and the“order”of society,and its sociality and taxonomy are the inherent foundation and support for the practical process of folk discipline.The analysis of the disciplinary folklore in social life and the investigation of its feasibility on the intervention with corruption control are helpful to widen the field of social control research and the perspective of building a clean political culture.
