高等教育的发展使大学生的行为教育超越思想政治教育的范畴,明显呈现出作为成年人的个体行为引导和作为受教育者的思想政治教育并存的异质性结构特征。以说服教育为主渠道培养大学生行为的教育模式失效引起社会共同的反思与审视。缺乏有效引导的大学生行为教育模式不仅难以培育大学生群体的优良学风,而且损害教师的工作积极性,教与学消极风气的恶性交织会酿成整个高校正能量风气的消解,严重影响高等教育质量。大学生积极行为的培养,需要重新厘定行为教育的模式,注重大学生态度、满意度的养成;关注情绪和心境的变化;尊重大学生的个体化差异;重视外部环境对学习动机的激励,引导大学生的个体行为决策主动契合群体优良学风和正能量班风,教与学耦合推动高等教育的发展。

The development of higher education makes behavioral education of college students transcend the scope of ideological and political education,demonstrate idiosyncratic structural feature with the coexistence of individual behavior guide as an adult and ideological and political education as an educated person.The educational model takes persuading education as the core to cultivate the behavior of the college students fails,which arouse the common reflection and scan.The college students behavior education model without effective guide is not only difficult to cultivate the excellent study style but also harms the working enthusiasm of the teachers,therefore,the wickedly interweaving of passive atmosphere between education and learning erodes the positive energy of all colleges and universities,which seriously affect the education quality of higher learning institutions.The cultivation of active behavior of college students needs to reconstruct behavior education model,to emphasize the cultivation of attitude and satisfaction of the college students,to focus on the change of their emotion and psychology,to respect the individual difference of the college students,to attach importance to the encouragement of external environment on their learning intention,and to guide the individual behavior decision of the college students to positively suit group excellent learning atmosphere and class atmosphere with positive energy so that the coupling between education and learning boosts the development of higher education.
