摘要
目的:建立测定青海产18种菊科植物中总黄酮醇苷含量的方法。方法:Reprosil C18-AQ色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%甲酸溶液(48∶52),检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量10μL。结果:槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素3种黄酮类化合物在1.06~212、1.06~212、0.93~186μg/mL浓度范围内均线性关系良好。本方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于菊科植物的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total flavonol glycosides in 18 species of Compositae from Qinghai.Methods:The chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase is methanol-0.2%formic acid solution(48∶52).The detection wavelength is 360 nm,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature at 40℃and injection volume is 10μL.Results:The results showed good linear relationships among quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in the concentration range of 1.06-212,1.06-212,0.93-186μg/mL.This method has good precision,stability and repeatability.Conclusion:This accurate stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Compositae plants.
