气管插管全麻经硬质食管镜食管异物取出术57例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 57 cases of removal of esophageal foreign body by rigid esophagoscopy

目的探讨插管全麻经硬质食管镜食管异物取出术的临床效果及安全性。方法分析我科自2014年1月~2020年3月住院手术治疗的57例食管异物患者的临床资料及治疗效果。结果所有均行插管全麻经硬质食管镜食管异物取出术,均一次手术成功取出异物,无相关并发症发生。结论插管全麻经硬质食管镜食管异物取出术是一种安全有效的手术方式。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of removal of esophageal foreign body by rigid esophagoscope under general anesthesia under intubation.Methods To analyze the clinical data and therapeutic effect of 57 cases of esophageal foreign body patients hospitalized for surgical treatment in our department from January 2014 to March 2020.Results All patients received intubation under general anesthesia and rigid esophagoscope for removal of esophageal foreign bodies,all of which were successfully removed in one operation without related complications.Conclusions The removal of esophageal foreign bodies by rigid esophagoscope under general anesthesia is a safe and effective surgical method.
