摘要
目的探讨音乐放松训练结合耳穴埋豆对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量及癌因性疲乏程度的影响。方法选择2019年1月至12月收治的50例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各25例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施音乐放松训练结合耳穴埋豆,对两组干预前后睡眠质量及癌因性疲乏程度进行比较。结果两组干预前的PSQI评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后PSQI评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05);两组干预前的癌因性疲乏评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后癌因性疲乏评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐放松训练结合耳穴埋豆可提高非小细胞肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量,也能减轻其癌因性疲乏程度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of music relaxation training combined with auricular embedding of beans on the sleep quality and degree of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods50 cases of 50 non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted from January to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,25 cases each.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented music relaxation training combined with ear acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality and the degree of cancer-induced fatigue before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in cancer-related fatigue scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionMusic relaxation training combined with ear acupuncture and beans can improve the quality of sleep of patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy,and can also reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue.It is worth promoting.
